Every AI‑assisted change, approved by a named person.
Seronera runs next to your developers' AI coding agent. The agent drafts the intent, spec, plan and code. A named person approves each one before the change moves on.
YOUR CODE NEVER GOES TO A SERONERA SERVER.
An AI-native SDLC playbook in six stages, run on your own repositories, with a named person at each gate. Your code never goes to a Seronera server.
Who's asking?
Pick the question you hear most. Each one has a short answer.
One path. One company standard.
Start from what Seronera ships and make it yours. It plugs into the developer platform you run, or Seronera sets one up for you.
Practices for AI-assisted delivery, ready to adopt as they are.
Change any practice, add your own and switch off what doesn't fit.
Extra rules when a team builds something specific.
Only what each stage allows.
Guardrails check every edit before it lands, and developers can't loosen the limits.
- SLSA provenance
- Signed, traced to the plan and the approver.
- SBOMs
- Every dependency the agent added or updated.
- Policy as code
- Your rules run at every stage.
- AI supply chain
- Only the models, MCP servers and packages you allow.
- Runs on
- The developer's machine. Nothing goes to a Seronera server.
- Permissions
- Checked before every tool call. Bypass mode is never used.
Lead times from git, not anecdotes.
Lead times, rework and review time per team, at no cost to developers. It never ranks people.

A named person, in your own git history.
Every gate is a commit. The audit page flags self-approval, self-merge and missing tech-lead sign-off.

Questions teams ask first.
Which AI coding agents does it work with?
Claude Code today. Cursor, Kiro, GitHub Copilot and others are next, listed here once tested.
What leaves the developer's laptop?
Nothing goes to a Seronera server. Approvals live in your repositories. Control room events go to your own OpenTelemetry collector, without code or prompts.
Can a developer skip a gate?
Not inside Seronera. Each stage stays locked until the one before it is accepted. Changes made outside it still meet your branch protection.
Do we need an internal developer platform?
No. If your platform team runs one, Seronera plugs into it. If not, Seronera sets one up for them, with the six stages and your company standard built in.
Try it with one team.
We're inviting design partners. Pricing isn't set yet, so tell us about your team and we'll talk it through.
